- Lemons and parsley- Slice the lemons and chop parsley to sprinkle over cooked fish while serving.
Start by drying the fish fillets with a paper towel, then rub olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Next, brush oil on the grill, then add the fillets.Cook for 2-3 minutes or wait until the sides become opaque. Flip side and cook the other side too for 3 minutes.
Now, remove the mahi mahi off the grill, squeeze some lemon juice on top and serve immediately.
